Why this design
Lower cost. Exact figures. Your data stays home.
The assistant uses a cloud AI model for the one step that needs language understanding: reading the question. Everything that touches your numbers happens on your own server.
No AI server to buy or run.
No GPU hardware, no extra power, no model to maintain. You pay per question asked, and an executive team asks only a handful a day. The provider keeps the model up to date.
The AI never calculates a number.
It only chooses the report. Your database computes every figure, so totals match your ERP screens to the last baisa. When no report fits, the assistant says so instead of guessing.
Read-only, named users, logged.
It cannot change anything in your ERP. Only the executives you name can use it. Known names are masked before anything leaves, and every outbound message is logged for your audit.
